Harald Ösze told us:hallo i order 12pieces of creasol Multi(order nr.1108).6 pieces dosen't work.after the contact with your live support i send 6 pieces back(wrong firmware).shipping cost 13,-eur. now i wait already 3 weeks.i have received no package from them. greets Harald Ösze ANSWER FROM THE SELLER: 6 bad pieces were replaced but, unfortunally, at this time they are not arrived to the customer.The cost for shipping back the bad pieces was totally refunded several days ago.
