Sistemi di pagamento

I clienti italiani possono pagare attraverso le modalità sottoriportate.

Nel caso siate una ditta e abbiate bisogno di fattura, è necessario inviare una mail a shop@creasol.it specificando i dati dell'azienda, a partita IVA e codice fiscale, il numero di telefono, ed i prodotti richiesti.

Sono previsti sconti extra per i rivenditori e distributori del settore.

Spese di spedizione

La seguente tabella indica alcune possibilità di spedizione (non sono indicati i corrieri espressi): per conoscere esattamente il costo di spedizione, simultate un ordine, cosicché potrete scegliere il metodo di spedizione ed il tipo di pagamento voluto, e sapere il costo preciso.

Tracciamento delle spedizioni

Le spedizioni in posta prioritaria non sono tracciabili.

Nel caso di spedizione con posta raccomandata o raccomandata1, verrà fornito il tracking number cosicché sarà possibile tracciare la spedizione attraverso il sito di  Poste Italiane specificando il tracking number (ad esempio RA280123457IT) e la data di spedizione (ad esempio 28/07/2010).

Nel caso di spedizione attraverso corriere espresso, verrà automaticamente notificato lo stato in email.

General terms and conditions

1 Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions of Sales and Delivery shall apply to all sales, deliveries and services. These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively. Conflicting customers’ conditions or conditions varying from those indicated in our General Terms and Conditions shall not be accepted unless approved by Creasol Shop in writing in individual cases. In addition, the applicable legal regulations shall also apply.

2 Formation of a Contract

The customer offers to conclude a contract by sending an order. An automatically generated order confirmation will be sent to you including all the details of your order. This order confirmation shall not constitute the acceptance of the contract offered by the customer. Creasol Shop shall be entitled to accept such an offer within two weeks upon receipt of the same either by sending a separate message in which the offer is confirmed or by delivering the goods within this term. Creasol Shop also reserves the right to not accept a customer’s offer of contract. The customer shall then be informed to this regard by email.

3 Right to Cancellation

Right to Withdrawal

The customer shall be entitled to withdraw his declaration of intention to conclude a contract within two weeks by sending a written statement (by letter, fax or email) or by returning the goods to Creasol Shop. In order to comply with this term, it is sufficient to dispatch the goods in time. In this case, please send the statement or the goods to:

Consequences of Withdrawal

In case of a withdrawal, Creasol Shop shall refund the purchase price, if already paid, to the customer. All charges paid by Creasol Shop (delivery fee and bank fee) will be deducted from the purchase price. In case of a major deterioration of the quality of the goods or in case of loss, the customer shall make good the corresponding reduction in value or loss to Creasol Shop if he withdraws his order.
Private customers only have the right to withdraw; companies or public corporations are not entitled to this right, but they can ask the for the withdraw as well.

4 Prices and Shipping Charges

All listed prices and shipping charges include Italian VAT (20%).The table above lists some shipping charges, but more information is available during the checkout.

5 Conditions of Delivery

Goods are subject to availability. Any delay in the delivery process of the goods is beyond our control. Delivery time can therefore not be guaranteed and any dates specified for the delivery of the goods shall thus be considered approximate only. If Creasol Shop is out of stock, the customer will be notified to this regard and, as a result, up to 14 days should be allowed for for the despatch of the goods. In the event of a delay of more than 14 days, the customer has the right to cancel the order and Creasol Shop will refund any money already paid by the customer for any goods. Creasol Shop  shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay of the delivery of the goods. Creasol Shop shall choose the mode of despatch.

6 Terms and Conditions of Payment

Cash on delivery is available only in few countries. Good is normally sent with NO commercial invoice. The company which needs the commercial invoice, should explicitly ask for it, specifying its VAT ID (business number).

7 Warranty

All products are covered by a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship limited to a period of two years. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration or wear and tear or acts of God. If, after inspection, Creasol Shop find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, Creasol Shop shall, at our discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge and return the product to the customer. The customer shall bear the shipping costs to Creasol Shop, the costs of the inspection and the return shipment shall be borne by Creasol Shop. This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the warranty problem.

8 Privacy

I dati personali forniti in fase di registrazione e inoltro dell'ordine sono raccolti e trattati su supporti informatici, al fine di soddisfare le obbligazioni nascenti dal contratto concluso con il Cliente e non verranno in nessun caso e a nessun titolo ceduti a terzi. Creasol Shop garantisce ai propri clienti il rispetto della normativa in materia di trattamento dei dati personali, disciplinata dal codice della privacy di cui al DLgs. N. 196 del 30.06.03. Titolare del trattamento dati è Creasol Shop, via Castelletto 115, 31010 Farra di Soligo TV - Italy, nella persona che di volta in volta ha la rappresentanza legale, salvo che non sia nominato un responsabile ai sensi della dell’art. 29 del D.lgs. n. 196/2003.
Al cliente, in ogni momento, spetta il diritto di revocare il consenso al trattamento dei dati personali con comunicazione scritta da inviarsi alla nostra sede legale attraverso email o altra forma di contatto. Al cliente, il quale dichiara di aver ricevuto l'informativa ai sensi dell’art. 13 e sui diritti allo stesso spettanti, ai sensi dell’art. 7 del D.Lgs. n. 196/2003, ha il diritto di accedere ai propri dati secondo le modalità ivi previste. Le comunicazioni Marketing verranno inviate solo dietro esplicito consenso del Cliente rilasciato unitamente all'autorizzazione al trattamento ed all’invio nel modulo di registrazione online.

9 Miscellaneous

The customer shall take full responsibility that the purchased goods meet the national technical requirements and standards required by its country.

10 Court of Jurisdiction

Court of jurisdiction shall be Treviso, Italy. The above General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Italian country, to the exclusion of the CISG (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods).
