While the Creasol Multi remote control duplicator has a real multi-frequency narrow-band receiver inside, with a good sensitivity, Creasol Four has a very simple circuit that is able to detect RF (radio frequency) without care of its frequency and without a good sensitivity.
This mean that:
  • you should be sure that your remote control operates at 433.92 MHz frequency, before choosing Creasol Four remote control duplicator
  • you need to put your existing remote control in contact with Creasol Four to minimize the distance between the transmitting antenna and the receiver circuit inside Creasol Four

If you are not able to duplicate your existing remote control on Creasol Four, please:

  1. Check that your original remote control work properly, and transmit correctly
  2. Check that you've followed the duplicating procedure properly: you should press the 2 large buttons for 1 second, until LED becomes green, than release all buttons, and press and release the button where you wish to duplicate your existing remote control: led should start blinking green
  3. When green led flashes (Creasol Four in receiving mode), place the existing remote control under Creasol Four and start to transmit: while transmitting, move the original remote control placing in contact with Creasol Four until you see red led blinking for 2 times
  4. If you cannot duplicate it, check the compatibility list on the Creasol Four page to assure that your remote control is listed in the first table (compatible types) and not in the second table (incompatible types); if you cannot find your remote control in these two tables, verify that your original remote controls transmit with OOK (ASK) modulation (FSK or PSK is not supported by Creasol Four)

Ronald Knikker told us:
Dear Sir, The device received well. But its a pitty it does'nt work. It looks like that the code from the original device is received well but the universal remote controle duplicator does'nt tranmit on 433.92 I checked this with my receiver that can receive this frequency (70 cm) Can You please help me? ANSWER BY THE SELLER: YOU'VE TRIED TO DUPLICATE A FSK ROLLING CODE REMOTE CONTROL, WHICH IS LISTED IN AS INCOMPATIBLE, SO CANNOT BE DUPLICATED.

Fantastic professional company , would highly recommend. Mr A. Atarid UK

David LEO told us:
This transmitter works perfectly with faac and doitrand. Easy to program.

Telmo Fevereiro told us:
Creasol Multi is very easy to use, it duplicated the original remote in seconds and works fine. The Creasol service is very good, I contacted them and receive a very fast anwser. I received my order in the expected delivery time. Very good service.

Ricardo Fuente Muñoz told us:
I followed the guideline and found Creasol Multi quite easy to use. I tried duplicating a garage door remote control and waited until the red led flased twice. I thought the duplicate was successful but for some reason haven't been able to open the door with Creasol Multi. Original remote control is a Clemsa TX1. I think it works on 433 MHz band (Spain) and has a fixed 8 bit code (microswitches can be seen inside). Any idea of what can be wrong? Thank you very much beforehand.
