hallo i order 12pieces of creasol Multi(order nr.1108).6 pieces dosen't work.after the contact with your live support i send 6 pieces back(wrong firmware).shipping cost 13,-eur. now i wait already 3 weeks.i have received no package from them. greets Harald Ösze ANSWER FROM THE SELLER: 6 bad pieces were replaced but, unfortunally, at this time they are not arrived to the customer.The cost for shipping back the bad pieces was totally refunded several days ago.

How to connect creLock to the intercom system?
While many intercom systems uses a plain pushbutton switch connected to the electric lock, some recent intercom systems uses BUS technology: in this case you cannot connect the two wires of creLock to the intercom pushbutton!
- URMET bus intercom: the supply unit has two additional input that can be connected to additional external switches to activate the electric lock. You can connect the creLock device to that input. Look at the instructions of that intercom!
